Hawks traded back into this years draft by sending 6th rounder next year for a 7th round this year... With all the compensatory picks we'll get, definitely a good decision... We went from 5 picks this year to 11 picks, in addition, we got D. Brown last year w/ one of this years picks... We used the 7th pick on WR, John Ursua from Hawaii... (3) WR's this year... Is that a record for the Hawks?

Oh yeah... I forgot about him...

Not really a big deal but the Broncos thought enough of him to make him a first round pick. I don't think very highly of him, but I suppose he's a guy we could develop.

Not sure if it's a record or not but a little head scratcher when you think about how they want to "run" the ball. They focused a lot on the Offense this year after giving Wilson that record deal.

go watch the game against stanford, watch the way he runs. not a power runner, goes down on first contact almost every time.

all i am saying is that HE IS NOT A POWER RUNNER, he doesnt fit the style that they look for. so taking him in the 1st round was really shocking and made no sense whatsoever.

Again. Dominated in college without a dominant OL. Had a 4.9 YPC last year despite some limiting injuries. But why let facts get in the way of your beliefs?

You can see how he does against better competition. He had a good game and put up yardage but he does down at first contact and doesnt break tackles.

I think that being effective is what matters.

Talk about moving goalposts. Is he smash mouth or is he finesse? I say finesse. Getting an opinion thats your own out of you is like pulling teeth.
