Broncos have done well for themselves over the last few years especially in the draft. With so little ammo they were still able to find Pro Bowl/All-Pro level talent. Crazy to think that we had 3 straight drafts (2 of them without a 1st round pick) and our 1st pick of those drafts turned into an All-Pro. Surtain being 1st team All-Pro and DPOY, Bonitto being 2nd team All-Pro this past season, and then Marvin Mims being an All-Pro returner and now showing he has some offensive ability as well. Bo Nix in most seasons would have been rookie of the year but just so happened to be in a crazy draft with Daniels and Bowers having maybe the best season ever for their respective positions as rookies.

So it doesn't surprise me that some of our staff were taken by other teams. Jets took a guy and made him their GM and now Brian Stark heading to the Raiders. Just part of what happens when you are successful.

I know.....just playing.....LOL.

Wasn't so sure about Spychek when we hired him but we had a pretty damn good draft with him....not sure if it was him or more TB12's involvement and Spychek but happy. Seeing the Stark hire as assistant GM is even better since he was highly thought of apparently.

After our FA and draft.....starting to think we might be on the right track. Probably looking at a 7-10 to 8-9 season maybe but one more FA and draft might have us ready to make a move into fighting for a playoff spot in the 2026 season.
