If they weren’t going to address the OL, they would’ve been better off staying at their pick and taking Dye

Call me crazy but with Corbett from Cleveland last year and Noteboom coming back, along with Edwards and Evans drafted last year I think we have good depth at Oline.

I kind of agree with you here, last year we were young & injured early on.

Getting Whitworth back for another year gave them some flexibility this year...

But they are going to need to address that LT/RT concern for sure next year, because I just don't think Evans or Brewer are up for the task as FT starters if we move Rob or not next year...

Bobby Evans could be a stud and Corbett was better in LA than Cleveland. He was a 2nd rounder a few years ago. So essentially we got 3 new Olineman last year and all 3 can develop

You address Whitworth next year and if something happens you have a few guys that could step in at LT. We can go heavy Oline again next year.

Rams are going BPA and it’s not been bad at all. TE there was questionable but he’s a helluva player that TE from Purdue. And who knows, maybe Higbee goes nuts again next year and we trade him or let Everett walk.

Well, I called the Boys taking Biadasz, just went later than expected, and after the Rams passed on him many times.

Blowing off the O-line in a deep draft for O-lineman is going to come back and bite McSnead in the ass. That is just plain stupid to let all that talent walk. Now I guess we are going to load up on LBs and DTs the rest of the way.

I’m hearing you on the Oline. Ballzy to have faith in the Oline after last year. But I wasn’t in love with any of the Olineman on the board when we picked. Immediate impact guys... who knows? We’ve got 3 guys on the team that can play center.

The current young dudes and Whitworth should have success just need to stay healthy and improve.

The O-lineman from Oregon, Lemieux went to the Geeants.

Well let's see. We have one 6th rounder and 3 seven rounders. That means another TE, a kicker, and a trash RB. Hell, get a bigass FB since you are going Jumbo next year, ya flippin dumbass genius boy.

Well, time will tell if the guys they passed on end up good or not.

But, a 4th TE over addressing any of the OL or another LB is dumb.

Dye would’ve been more helpful than another TE.

I’m with you here and I think the Rams were too. They tried to trade down and still get Dye. Same thing could have happen with Cush.

They went BPA both times. Lewis can play and so can the kid from Purdue.

If that was their plan, it was stupid. It was not worth missing out on Dye to get (2) 7th round ( throw away ) picks. If they had got a 5th or early 6th, maybe.

How many 7th rounders even make the team? Almost none.

That reminds me of a few years back when they traded out of their pick expecting Wagner to still be there, only to have the Seahawks take him instead.

And the division is getting better around us.

9ers just traded for Trent Williams, among their many improvements in this draft.

Should be some interesting formations next year.

Offense - 4 WR and 3 TE sets.
Defense 6-1-4.

Trend setting!

I don’t think Dye is a starter immediately. If that was the case then someone would have drafted the guy before the mid-4th round. I get he adds depth at ILB but it doesn’t shatter our hopes of being good next year

Not another TE... it’ll be either a punter or a backup QB.
