How Would You Fix This Team During The Off-season?

I’m not suggesting they fire him Ram.

All I’m saying is he needs to adapt, and he’s been stubbornly unwilling to do so.

He needs to give up play calling to an actual OC, not some puppet he hires and give the title to but isn’t really in charge.

And he needs to start making better personnel decisions starting with the draft.

Otherwise, he will be gone sooner rather than later.

Well another season like this and I may join ya in calling him out. lol

If he could keep an OC, maybe he would feel better about that? Success breeds opportunity for the staff when the team needs continuity instead.

Sorry...but who else fault is it? It is the head coach, and GM that need to fall on the sword. We can blame the shitty players we have for their performance but who put them there? Idiot 1 and Idiot 2, don't have to be canned but having situational awareness is key. Your LT leaves for retirement, yet there is no contingency plan anywhere. ANYWHERE!!! Good coaches know it starts in the trenches, and the retreads that have been in there starting should have never been there in the 1st place. In my honest opinion i'd fire Snead. The Robinson signing, Tutu pick, 2nd premature extension of a QB before it was needed, and just bad overall mgmt of the OL.

Rams should show Morris the door and send that soft ass defense with them and don't come back!!! Ramsey needs to be shown the door, Floyd, Rapp, the teams needs to move to a 4-3 and rid itself of the scrub LB's (pretty much all except the 2 in the middle).

Unfortunately, McShitferBrains has decided to return for a seventh season as HC. That means shitferbrains number 2 stays. We can only hope they get the scouting department somebody who recognizes talent in the draft especially both lines.This is another draft that is loaded with talented O and D linemen and there are rumors that Snead is already contemplating trading down from our high second round pick to acquire another third and a fourth rounder. Of course additional fifth through seventh rounders will always be sought by these two knuckleheads
