As we do every year and nearly everyone else on the hoop does this time of year, here is the Rams thread for the 2021 NFL Draft. O. Pace will be doing the announcing of the Rams picks and since we don't have a first rounder again for like the fifth year in a row, we won't be heard from until Day 2. Let's see what McSnead does this year.

I suspect a trade down from 57 unless someone unexpected falls.

there is a lot of depth at the Rams positions of need this year. If they can pick up an extra 3rd or 4th in a trade down, it will be worth it to get multiple players at certain positions ( ie, LB and even C since they can’t seem to find a good one ).

That is very true and likely scenario ALR as the pundits already speculating we will trade down in the third after the 88th pick. This mock has us taking the LB from Houston with 57. Check it out. No real big names associated with the Rams but this Houston kid they have talked with alot recently.

Reports state Rams have had “exploratory” conversations with teams about moving down from 57, but are comfortable staying put.

also reported that the C starting position could come down to Allen or Shelton, but that some guards could be moved over as well.

Well, it would definitely take trading a key player to get into the 1st round, that’s for sure.

no way a team is pulling a Draft Day movie trade where they take 3 2nd rounders for a top 10 pick.
