Thats because you are ok with mediocre, you are affraid of change or taking a chance to get "BETTER". "Well if we keep Geno we will never completely suck". I would 100% much rather take a step backwards if it means we get to also take 2 steps forwards but sticking with Geno you are just keeping your head BARELY above water. 100% sounds like what i tell the Kids " You cant be affraid to take a chance/ get out of your "comfort zone" or you will never get better"

I'm not afraid of change at all. Come up with a plan that makes sense. Pining for Baker Mayfield isn't a plan.

We will have an entire offseason to talk QB options. But if the choices are Dalton or Winston or Carr then no thanks.

Pining for Mayfield? No thats BS i wanted him when he was available and he would be an upgrade over Geno something you flat out disagreed with back then ( Oops you were flat out wrong again ). He would also give us a QB for years not a crutch like Geno and have possible "UP SIDE" to the position. Right now we got nothing.

But yes I wanted Mayfield because obviously i can see talent where you can not. Thanks for bringing that up.

And you're wrong as usual. I was actually all for going for Mayfield after we traded Russ. But he's not a measurably better QB than Geno.

You are also incapable of recognizing that Geno has any skills at all

We have seen the best Geno will ever be and we have not seen the best Mayfield will ever be yet.
