Need new bait. I've grown accustomed to that one
Noted.
I'll have some new material after the bowl game.

Very smart idea. It isn't gonna slow down anytime soon, though, so I wouldn't worry. Hell, parts of Columbus managed to grow and thrive through the recession even. That shit needs to stop. If I'm still here by next fall, I'll be looking to buy early 2021....
I'll just cross my fingers and enjoy having access to a downtown pool next yearVery smart idea. It isn't gonna slow down anytime soon, though, so I wouldn't worry. Hell, parts of Columbus managed to grow and thrive through the recession even.
If you've got a spare $500-600k sitting around, you could buy one of those new townhomes over in Grandview yard by the new Nationwide campusI'll just cross my fingers and enjoy having access to a downtown pool next year
Haha... Yeah, no.If you've got a spare $500-600k sitting around, you could buy one of those new townhomes over in Grandview yard by the new Nationwide campus
My fiancee wanted to move down there so bad. When we first started dating, she lived in Grandview and I lived in Dublin. She was obsessed with the idea of owning a house down there. Came real close to buying one in Hungarian Village just south of the park, but thankfully her father talked some sense into her so we bought a way nicer house near Sawmill for about $150k less.Haha... Yeah, no.
If I had $500k, I'd get something in German Village
I'm very anti suburb, so whatever I buy will be "overpriced". Not really expecting a family, though, so I'm cool with a smaller spaceMy fiancee wanted to move down there so bad. I used to be that way, too. I don't hate the idea of living downtown as much as I hate the idea of living in an older house. I bought a house when I was in my 20s that was an older (1929) house and I will never do that again. I like attached garages and modern-sized closets and bathrooms too much to care about old house charm.I'm very anti suburb, so whatever I buy will be "overpriced". so why are you anti suburb?
I have to drive into cleveland on a daily basis....... 95% of that is well.......... no way in fucking hell would I want to live there.
prefer to have space, yard, etc......
Last weekend, I went to a small music festival, grocery store, gym, brewpub, bar, and a neighborhood Christmas festival, all while walking, and taking one short Uber (could have walked, but didn't feel like it at 2:30 am).so why are you anti suburb?

But 1-0 in CFP.lmao! That's what everyone was saying in 2006. Troy Smith was the GOAT! Herbstreit gave Florida "no chance."
All those slow developing plays OSU executes against ass-dragging slobs don't work against southern teams. That's the main reason OSU is 2 - 10 against the SEC.
Did you go to OSU? If so, when?My fiancee wanted to move down there so bad. When we first started dating, she lived in Grandview and I lived in Dublin. Columbus is tight. It's one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. My wife and I bought our house in March 2018 and by this time next year, it's expected to have increased in value by over 20% of what we bought it for.
