He got $3.5 million and a lot of incentives. NLTBE His contract is tradeable, for what that's worth.
Raiders have the same problem at this dollar. Nobody wants his incentives. They do save some bucks this year since the incentives don't count against the cap, since the are NLTBE
WTF is NLTBE ?

The Raiders have decided that Mariota will remain 9n Las Vegas and will not trade him.

All of the rumors are now debunked according to Ian Rappaport.
Thank frickin god we can stop talking about that waste of a helmet.

not likely to be earned... it's the term for bonus money that doesn't count toward the cap because "it's not likely to be earned"...
I thought it was another addition to the LBTGQ community, just couldn't lock it down.

Not Likely To Be Earned.

Incentives are classed as NLTBE or LTBE.
An incentive like playing every game (for Andrews) is classified as NLTBE because he has not done that in the last 2 seasons.
NLTBE does not count in this years cap.
If he does hit that incentive, it would come out of next years cap.
Understanding the differences in incentive explains a lot about why/how contracts are written.....

I guess I'm stuck letting everyone know the bad news.

Patriots have CUT the first player this spring.

Placekicker Justin Rohrwasser has been released!!!!!!!!!!
This is really one of the worst BB picks in recent memory. To reach for a guy like this way before they needed to(and have him never even touch the field) is inexcusable.

Inexcusable.
Replace BB immediately!
Maybe Bill O'Brien.
Or Matt Patricia.
Or or Eric Mangina!!

Just such a shitty pick. They obviously didn’t do their homework on the guy and everyone mocked taking a kicker so early at the time. “They” were right.

How many other coaches have a "tree"? Most of them don't have a "seed".
The coaches ARE the tree. Anyone under them (including formerly) is a branch.

Yeah, they probably threw a dart at the wall and it landed on him.

I think the fact that so many coaches under BB fail is a testament to how great a coach he is. If they are all failing elsewhere it shows just how great he is and how he is the driving force behind the Pats success.
