So, no reason to not win.

There is 100% a reason to NOT win. And that's getting Carroll and this coaching staff on an even hotter seat or just the F outta dodge. We 100% need to lose this game. The only way we get change is when it impacts owners' money. I know how long it can take to get proper owners/coaches in, but we're not going anywhere further with Carroll... let's at least try.

The QB thread I find fairly amusing. Penix or Williams/Maye/Daniels (none of that is happening) or Nix, etc. is not going to do a fuckin' thing. I dunno why we're all hung up on that.

Has zero to do with the pick slot. It's about how much more likely ownership would do what needs to be done to really make change on this team. A gritty last minute comeback might turn the tides on that decision were it to be a close battle in her mind.

I doubt the outcome of this game will have anything to do with whether there are changes in the head coaching next year.

Here's where I have the problem. LACK of TALENT?

You've got 3 great receivers (1 a top 25 pick)
A top 10 LT
QB whatever..
Two 2nd round runningbacks.
A former 1st round TE.
Another TE that surprisingly was paid Travis Kelce almost cap room hit money last year.
Money spent on the rest of the OL.
A DT that we traded a 2nd round pick for.
A DE that we paid heavily.
A NT that had probably the best year in his career.
A HOF LBer
A 1st round ILB.
The highest paid safety group in the NFL.
A top 5 DB (that lived up to expectations).
Top 5 punter in the league.
One of the highest paid kickers in the league.

Where in the fuck is the lack of talent? The only major issue has been the coaching with an archaic stupid ass zone formula with zero creativity on offense. Soft zone, 2 down lineman for most of the year, runs constantly up the gut with no creativity, complete abandonment of tight ends... it's been absolutely ridiculous.

Jesus. They have zero pass rush and no hope the players they have will suddenly find it next year, even if they flipped to a 4-3. Their run D is fucking terrible. There's more holes on that front 7 than an entire wheel of swiss cheese.

It needs fixing.

The Hawks needed better QB play over the course of the season. I see 2 maybe even as many as 4 more wins with better QB play and they 100% need a new DC. There is zero doubt they need a new DC, ZERO!

Geno had a great season last year, His greatest ever and that caused a play it back senerio this season. People that picked 8-9 or 9-8 saw this.
