To be fair, it was no man's land, there was so much to account for including the run, the pass, his assignment and the position on the field. Russ did it a lot while he was here and a lot of defenders had difficulty with it.

As bad as the first half was for the offense, they finished strong. Turned into a solid win. Good job boys, thoroughly enjoyed the game. Good luck next week in NE.

Starting off with a win was nice, puts me in a good mood. Starting the schedule at home vs a rookie was helpful also. Pats next, they upset the Bengals so likely a tougher opponent. I’m just going to enjoy this win for a few days and not worry about next week.

Well, I'm glad they mostly figured it out offensively in the 2nd half. The D was the story of the game, but this would not have been a win if the O didn't put it together after that miserable first half. If we pull these same stunts against a good team/offense, we may dig a hole too big to climb out of.

On the road @ NE will be tougher next week. Gotta play better on offense or it's 1-1.

Yeah Russ got away with that a lot , I was always wondering why they fall for pump fakes when he can’t do a forward pass… Just a situational awareness thing …

First off, congrats for the win. This was an entertaining game and honestly more than I expected under the circumstances. A rookie QB and a roster purge to try digging out from under one of the worst trades in NFL history isn't easy to overcome. Good luck the rest of the way.
