There was never anything to worry about. He's not one of the most accurate kickers in league history by accident.

I was worried ... Once he hit that first kick I felt a little better ...

I know how quickly a kicker can go from good to a disaster, but I trust Pete Carroll's judgement and he seemed to think it was a fluke, which was good enough for me. Half the coaches in the league would have brought in every out-of-work kicker they could find after last week's clunker to use either as motivation or as a replacement. Carroll didn't do that. He didn't seem worried, so I saw no reason for me to be worried either.

Pete probably gave Haush a quick pep talk and probably told him to forget about it and go get them next week. Pete showed confidence and Haush rewarded him with 2 solid fg's.
