You seem to think that only Longhorn fans hate this kid - as far I as I know, we never played him. Why would we? The Aggies are in the SEC now and are none of our concern.

This kid is predicted to be a flop for a lot of reasons.

1) Durability. He's tall enough but is he stout enough to take the big hits and keep getting up?

2) Is he a team player? He's been entitled his whole life and it's showing now. Instead of working his ass off to be the #1 guy by living in the film room, and spending time with his WR's, he's off to Vegas doing this or living it up. None of that is going to help him when the season kicks off. He's not doing the extra work most of us would be doing in that situation. He's doing only what's required of him and I don't know that you can do that and make it in this league.

3) Arrogance. From his 'money' celebration on draft day walking up on stage to telling people, "I'm not going to change" he smacks of entitlement and arrogance. He thinks that what he is now is good enough to make it at this level and he's wrong. When veteran QB's are spending time getting ready for the season, he's not. Doesn't that tell you anything?

He's in over his head right now and he's not trying to change that. The kid has no idea how much trouble he's really in.

Ask everyone who will be the most likely player to succeed and most wont even answer. Ask them who is going to fail and damn near everyone has something to say, usually carbon copied.

I guess it's because in sports so many fail, while so few live up to their hype and succeed. That just makes finding something to doubt and bitch about will kind of make you feel a little smarter after things play out.

I guess I just dont understand why you dont like it. I've known guys just as douchy and maybe even douchier than this dude, they weren't all bad guys. Some of them were good people and hard workers, they just were douchy. Cant take everything at face value.

I don't like the way he acts and have stated my reasons why. Disagree, that's fine.
