Well no response from Johnny means he's done defending Manziel ( for now) which now puts us doubters ( I'm including myself on the doubt part) and if Manziel does good in the NFL Johnny will make us all eat our words...

I would have leftovers if this was the case... There's no way that I can eat all that I said in one sitting

He is too short. If somebody reaches for him in the first round, it will be a bust.

There's a difference between question marks and laughably little NFL talent. Manziel has no NFL talent.

You're such a Manizel hater its not even funny. To totally discredit him in every facet is beyond stupid. You assume he's going to come into the NFL and take the same approach he did at A&M...as if he has no brains and an ability to adapt. Does the term 'coachable' mean anything to you? Do you know Johnny personally and can verify he is not receptive to NFL coaching?

You don't know, so please, stop acting like you have a magic 8-ball.

He could be the most coachable guy in the history of the planet and still would not have an NFL arm, the speed or athleticism to beat NFL defenders, or NFL field vision.

That shit doesn't magically appear. When you don't have the talent nothing else matters.

Manziel is a superb athlete with the legs and shiftiness to make anybody miss in the NFL. He can come into this league like Vick, move all over the field, and until DC's see enough of him to scheme against, it'll work. I think Manziel can see a rookie season more like Vince Young. Vince Young didn't do anything all that spectacular as a rookie but he made enough plays and won ballgames. Of course the challenge is career longevity in the form of developing into a guy who can play out of the pocket to which I say this...if Brees and Wilson can do it, then so can Manziel.

To say Manziel doesn't have "an NFL arm" is inaccurate; something you made up on your own. I haven't heard many knock his arm. His arm is adequate in that he can throw the ball across the field and chucks with great velocity. Manziel has humongous hands that help with grip and shit, did you seem him dunk yesterday? Nobody improvises better while under center than Manziel and while he can't do a lot of what he has before in the NFL, it shows he's got incredible field vision.

Johnny Football needs to work on his footwork, improve his play from the pocket, and get his release a little bit higher. Plenty of NFL coaches and QB guru's are around to make this happen but the important thing is here to stop trying to measure his potential up against current NFL quarterbacks that do not and will not ever play the same style of game.

By NFL standards he is a below average athlete. Vick was much more athletic, faster, had both a stronger and more accurate arm, etc. Manziel's arm is terrible. A joke. Not Tebow bad, but worse than every single starter in the league.

You'd be ripping people off if you gave them a million to one odds on Manziel's being on a roster in 5 years.

Well I guess its good for Johnny Manziel you're no NFL scout. Scouts and Analysts who are qualified to put out this kind of data aren't saying any of this shit. I bet you thought...err...knew, Chip Kelly wouldn't last as an NFL head coach too.

Nobody expects Johnny Football to become the next Manning or Montana but with some coaching and in the right offense, his ability to improvise can win in the NFL.

The only people considering drafting him are the same ones who are drafting early because they don't know what they're doing. Whoever drafts him will be fired within three years. Guaranteed.

You'd be straight up robbing someone if you gave them a million to one odds Manziel's is on an NFL roster after 5 seasons.

He is a first round pick he has the talent to succeed I wouldn't take him first over all and I would take Bortles and Bridgewater before him but if the Bills didn't have EJ Manuel I wouldn't mind the Bills taking him.

If the Bills take him he won't have far to move when he gets to the CFL.....

Big arms are overrated. It means nothing without accuracy. In college Johnny had more of it than Rodgers so if Rodgers' numbers in college are a benchmark then Johnny has exceeded that by a lot against better competition.

He's at least a year younger than any other QB in this draft. I think it would do him a lot of good to sit for a year or two like Rodgers did. It's pretty insane to completely dismiss any of his talent though. He cut down his running attempts by 25% and increased his completion % in his second year which is a pretty solid adjustment for a sophomore. The one thing that will really help him at the next level is his pocket awareness. He has more of it than I've seen out of any QB coming into the league in many years.

An NFL arm includes accuracy. Manziel doesn't have it.

I think athleticism is too overrated in the QB position, look at Brady and Manning, 2 of the most unathletic guys on the planet. The scrambling QB's career is short and injury ridden in the NFL. Vick and RG3 are perfect examples. Rodgers and Wilson are pass first in pocket and scramble in need to, so they will have much better shelf life and have much more football smarts that the 2 I mentioned. Idon't know how Manziel will pan out in the pros, but he needs better work ethic, get his head out of his ass and eat some humble pie. Need to be hungry and not think its a given right. Nachos and fritos. Now he is in the exclusive McDonalds club with Lebron James. Johnny Football thinks he's Johnny Hollywood, and once nasty linebacker plants him in turf, he will come back to reality

69.9% completion and 172.9 rating isn't bad enough to make that claim. I'd be more worried about taking chances across the field after the pocket breaks down. He tries too hard to make things happen and needs to be content with throwing the ball away if nothing is there.

Tim Tebow completed 66.4 percent of his passes and had a 170.8 rating and was the worst passer the NFL has ever seen.

College stats means nothing about NFL capability.

Watch him throw. He is mediocre as an actual passer by college standards; by pro standards he's a joke.
