Meh...1 game suspension is pretty standard with most programs. Not saying it's right, just that it's pretty standard. Still better than it was, when I was at Alabama one player in particular, that I was familiar with, was on his 3rd DUI before he got his 1st arrest. That was the mid-90's though, simpler times.

a first time DUI is a misdemeanor anywhere...I think you only get your felony after you have multiple ones (Like a lot).

Yeah. It differs how many it takes too. Here I think your 2nd DUI is a felony and a lot places it's the third.
