Murphy is hitting .206 against RH starters this season. I guess there is no use bringing it up or talking about it, but there is not one reason Gentry shouldn't be playing over Murphy regardless of RHP/LHP.

Wash thinks it's important to stay loyal to Murphy, but it's not like Gentry is a rookie or some guy they just picked up. That's why I don't get Wash's stance by saying he wanted to be loyal to Murphy. And yes I heard those words out of his mouth on the radio.

What about being loyal to the fans?

Exactly, but that's what I was saying about Gentry too. It's not like Gentry hasn't been a part of this team or some rookie.

Can't have enough, agreed! And I really like this guy! Also, I do get bogged down on positioning - # 2 vs # 4 sometimes - for sure. If I remember correctly, Miami wanted him as part of the package for Stanton and JD said "hell no" to that!

If I had to choose right now whether to give Perez straight up for Stanton I think I keep Perez.

Houston actually has been playing good ball lately. Some think it was nothing with us sweeping them but I disagree. And Oakland has to be steaming scoring 7 runs and losing.

If I had to choose right now whether to give Perez straight up for Stanton I think I keep Perez.

Agree, you cannot give up pitching. Especially if that pitcher is on the rise. It would have to be someone of Trout's category and of course that would not happen.
