funny part about Mahomes is literally NO ONE saw this kid's possible greatness coming...
which is why he lasted to pick 10...

agreed, though if only you actually saw Rodgers at Cal you'd know how high of a bar that truly is...
vs. USC the guy maybe missed 1 pass...
and those were the Pete Carroll years...

obviously if he is anywhere near Aaron Rodgers as a QB that would be amazing- Rodgers is one of the best ever- but Baker sure can sling it.
Lebron missed 21 games. How close did the Bulls come in the two years they were without JORDAN, and take away a couple of their other best players. NO TEAMS WIN WHEN THREE Of their starters are down
They actually took the Knicks to game 7 of the East semis and probably should have one the series if not for a controversial call gifting FTs to Hubert Davis at the end of game 5.
The Knicks went on to take the Rockets to 7 games in the NBA Finals.
You missed the point - I cannot name one team that made the playoffs when three of their starters missed 16 to 24 games. That's what happened to the Lakers - There is no comparison to a team who won without one player. Not the same. They actually took the Knicks to game 7 of the East semis and probably should have one the series if not for a controversial call gifting FTs to Hubert Davis at the end of game 5.

Then you're dumber then shit because I still maintain the point I made. No team missing three of their main starters goes ahead and makes the playoffs - Not when those three starters missed 16, 21 and games. You're flat out stupid and ignorant if you think any team including the Miami Heat would have made the playoffs without LeBron and Wade. I grant you that the Lakers starters are not as good as the others - but they were in the top 5 teams until the injuries. You all just don't want to accept the truth because you want to hang on to your ignoranceFor once you owned someone badly....Although TLF is a known moron lol

Not even if that ONE player missed every game and is thought to be the GOAT by most fans? Not stars, but King, Williams, Longley and Cartwright all missed a number of games. Grant, Pippen and Kukoc missed 7-10 each. You missed the point - I cannot name one team that made the playoffs when three of their starters missed 16 to 24 games. Just because they start doesn't mean they are good.....
Sorry, it's just too easy to troll the misfortune of the LAL right now!
I'll give you LBJ.
But, bear in mind, Embiid missed 19 games last season.....
Well, the Bulls went to EC semis with MJ missing every game and starters like Pippen, Kukoc and Grant missing 7-10 each. Also starting center and the backup missed 50ish.There is no way in hell that any time with LeBron or Michael Jordan as the center piece of the team could be expected to both make the playoffs and be a contender after missing the 20 games. The Lakers lost Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and LeBron James. On what planet do you think the Lakers can win any games in the regulars season without three of their five starters? I just don't see that
Go back and check the records - post some stats - LeBron missed 20 games. Ingram missed 24 not counting the rest of the season. Lonzo Ball missed games and the rest of the season. You really think there is any team out there that can still compete while missing three fifths of their regular stars?
I agree on that one 100% and in facted I think it killed their chemistry - but in the highly competitive Western Conference that every one has been talking about - I think it's absurd to expect the Lakers to do much without LeBron, Ingram and Ball - Every one of these players have missed 16 to 24 games not counting the last 9 games not yet played. Quite frankly I thought you was smart enough to understand this -I didn't realize you was a troll like the others in here. I expect this kind of stupidity from Wiggy and the LeBronJames23 dude. Every one knows they are dumb asses, but come on - do you research better then this shitI should add that the AD circus killed any semblance of team chemistry they had prior to the trade deadline. That had as big an impact as the injuries, arguably more.
And that doesn't happen if they manage their team correctly.

Did you ignore this?
Lebron could have played 60ish. They chose to sit him some of those. MJ played ZERO games.7 to 10 games is considerably difference in a much weaker conference 30 years ago then 20 games today in the crowded Western Conference . I haven't missed anything
But to be fair I looked up the stats and with seven games left
Kuzma - a starter has played 69 games - Missed 6 games as a starter - close to your boys
Ingram played 52 and has missed 23 - and will miss the rest of the season
Ball - played 47 games and will miss the rest of the season
Rondo has played 41 and will finish at 46
LeBron has played 54 and will finish at 59
I am just amazed that any one thinks the Lakers should have been able to overcome that and still played the same. With a better coach - maybe a few more wins, but the Lakers losses of three starters are big - Kuzma didn't miss that many, but it was still six games at the worst time possible - Six losses guaranteed when you're already down two of your starters.
None of you are being objective here.
