That was incredible. I almost want to say that the Seahawks got lucky because it looked like Wilson was just trying to throw it away, not sure if he even meant for Baldwin to catch that.

lucky indeed, there is no way Wilson was throwing that to Baldwin.

He played 2nd base. A 2nd baseman has to make accurate throws from all sorts of ridiculous angles. His mobility is key to his game but that's what his real talent is.

It's low percentage but he's able to complete those throws better than most. That was stupid right there though.

Russell's pocket presence has been pretty bad today. Panthers have done a good job locking down Russell in a box, containing his scrambles and run arounds.

Good play to make the FG easier. But he's fallen in love with his escapability. He needs to realize that solid teams aren't going to give that to him anymore. Lots of good film to look at this week.

Russell's pocket presence has been pretty bad today. Panthers have done a good job locking down Russell in a box, containing his scrambles and run arounds.

As mentioned by the play by play guys it was something the Rams did really well.

I think the key to stopping him is pressuring him and keeping him in the pocket, not allowing him to scramble outside the tackle box.

Just another good growing experience for him... Carolina is playing GREAT defense right now... It's also not helping that we have no running game for whatever reason for the moment.. It's all on Russ right now and the line hasn't been great....

Yeah, but unlike we saw at times last year, we haven't tried to move the pocket, or run any play action bootlegs like we did when our offense really clicked last year.

I agree. Not a fan of Bevell's play calling today.

I think Cam Newton may have the strongest arm in the NFL right now.

If we win this game everyone on offense should chip in and buy everyone on defense a Rolex or something. I knew this game wasn't going to be a gimme. I don't care how bad a team looks on paper. They're going to be pumped opening up at home and play above their heads.
