I know... When I think of a 3-4 defense I think of the Steelers... They're always blitzing LB's, safeties with that defense... We seem to never blitz... Seems contradictory to what a 3-4 defense should be like...

I agree. 3-4 or 4-3 you should almost always rush 4, sometimes 5 and occasionally 6. We're rushing 2 at times and 3 half the time.
