Someone mentioned that as it pertained to preparation, and they pretty much said that they trusted Beasley to do a better job at that for the rest of the year.

Listen, I like Beasley a lot. But if they start winning it won't be because of preparation. The season is so far along and there is not much time for it in between games. Sometimes just having a different voice changes the culture for a short time so that could happen. But I think what they are wanting to happen will be more what they do to prepare for a new season.

I am hoping we get a manager who makes better decisions. I certainly do not want one with a history of not replacing a poor defender like Cruz with someone like Endy Chavez late in the most important game ever. Nor do I want someone who would choose Harrison over Holland to pitch in the next most important game.

Not to mention some major personal problems.
