We kind of need to include one other reliever in Chapman before the deadline. Plus our offense has stepped up. Great pitching except one game and offense. Enjoying it.

I would have liked to have seen them bring someone else up besides Ornelas, but I doubt they plan on playing whoever it was, very much.

The Angels haven't won since the deadline. I thought they were making a mistake in not selling, but I never expected it to be this bad.

That's what I was alluding to earlier and that everything right now seems to be in sync. We can only hope it stays like this for the majority of the rest of the season.

What concerns me is that they have shown that they can go into a very prolonged slump.

Yes. I enjoy it now but I know it can change on a dime. I was trying not to come out and say that so for now I am enjoying the success. We are having to overcome come a number of injuries to very key people. Heim, Eovaldi, Seager and now Jung. If guys can pick up the slack we will be much stronger because of it.

I also take no team for granted including Oakland. They just beat the Giants in both games they played and the Giants are in a pennant chase.

We really do need to have some over due success in the Bay Area. The A’s are historically bad, the giants aren’t what they used to be. We should go 4-2 at a minimum, but damn I want 5-1.

Looking at the schedule, I came up with 31-19 as a goal.
