He has a 5.51 era at AAA. He has no success at all in the majors. He can’t even pitch well in the minors. He will get hammered again if he pitches at the major league level.

He very well could. I saw it mentioned that when he came up before it was as a starter coming up to be a reliever. A few weeks back they decided to change that and have him work strictly as a short reliever in the minors. His velocity ticked up, and the hope is that after he has trained as a reliever in the minors, that he can be a better reliever up here. I guess we will find out if that was the answer or not.
