Stats wise, Sure RG3 has a long way to go. But Jerry Jones would give up his left nut, Stephens right nut, and both of yours for a straight up trade RG3 for Romo. It took Romo 4 years on the bench to even sniff the starting roll. He is 32 years old now. RG3 came in as the starter, won rookie of the year and lead his team to the playoffs as a rookie. So its a serious stretch to say RG3 will get there in time to be as good as Romo. because fact is, he was better than Romo last year.

Lawyered... :wtf:

Cowboys are scared of RG3. He completely obliterated your defense last year. Can't stop him. Was funny watching them try.

Dallas needs to learn how to take Running QB's out, maybe they should look to the Ravens as an example.

Its interesting that you went to QB ratings as your indicator that RG3 is better than Romo. If thats the way you want to go, grasshopper, lol, use that same search engine to pull up not only 2013 ratings but ALL TIME QB ratings. If thats the tool you want to use, Romo is a first ballot Hall of Famer. Which is it Bro, you cant have it both ways?
Don't be an idiot. Your comparing apples to oranges. One season versus Romo's 10 seasons, maybe. First ballot Hall of Famer? No way near! Though there are many QBs in the H.O.F. without a Super Bowl win or appearance, they either impacted the game or position and had several victories or moments of signifigance. Example, Joe Namath. Undoubtedly has the worst career stats of all QBs in the Hall but his impact to the game and position and bold statement prior to SB 3 got him in.
Another example, Dan Fouts. Although he nor his team never got to a SB, he transcended the game. Set marks that at the time, many thought would be unattainable again. He did lead his team to TWO appearances in the A.F.C. title games. I can mention many more if I had to.
Romo on the other has NOT 1 victory of signifigance, has not impacted the game or position in any way, NOT one moment of glory, or any conference title games or SB appearances.
He'll just be lumped in with other QBs with pretty stats like DeBerg, Testaverde, Esiason, Everett, Hart, Sipe, and so on, and so on and so on.

RG3 has a ways to go before he as good as Romo. He may get there in time, but not today. Whether or not he wins the Super Bowl will be about the OL and Defense they surround him with
Man....if you haven't noticed, he's already better than Romo. Simply put, he performs better under pressure than Romo. Griffin has already accomplished in 1 season what Romo has failed to accomplish in what now, 10 years? When the season was on the line Griffin led his team to a 7 game win streak. 3 of the more crucial victories againts your Cowboys on national tv and 1 againts the Giants.
Griffin didn't fail under the spot light as Romo has done year in and year out. Time and time again Romo has thrown that game deciding interception as evident at Washington, fumbled a snap away to the opposing defense, as evident againts Seattle.
What's really pathetic is how Cowboy fans continuously make excuses for Romo. Nice stats but no glory.

With RG3 in place last season, the Redskins won the division over Dallas on the last day of the season. No one is scared of RG3
Denial! Denial Denial! Just be honest and admit that you as we'll as all of Dallas can't defend Griffin.
First time around, he ran for very modest yards. Didn't have to though. He "PUNKED" their secondary in the pocket.
Second time around he "PUNKED" Ware and the rest of Dallas' line with one good knee. But it shouldn't be no surprise to you. When ever all the marbles are on the line, ROMO and Dallas chokes.

You guys were 1 loss away from not even competing for that last victory. Versus the Bengals, Dallas was given a second chance after that lousy penalty the ref called on the DB for leading with his head at Dez Bryant. Replay clearly proved it was a bad call.
Home againts the Browns, Dallas was out played. Poor play calling at the goal line and inexperience saved Dallas at home. A team we easily beat with our back up on the road.
A poor pass by Roethlisberger in over time, again preserved a win for Dallas. A game in witch they were out played. Lets just be honest here. Dallas was very, very fortunate to have had the chance to play for the title.

I guess that's one way to look at it. A more accurate way would be with Romo in place last season, Dallas lost again on the last day of the season by throwing 3 INTs (again). If no one is scared of RG3, they must be giddy to play the Cowboys when their season is on the line with Romo behind center.

that is true....at this time

you boys assume that to be the norm going forward for years to come while some football fans have to see it play out.

never knew why some fans slammed everything Washington the last 8 or so years on chat boards, but I do after reading the last 9 months

this is one cowboy fan very much looking forward to seeing this all play out

No, you don't want to see things play out. You want to tell us all how last year was a fluke before seeing it play out. Which is what you've done all offseason.

You aren't rational, looking back 2-7 years ago thinking that will continue when things are obviously different.
