In my opinion the Chiefs will not get past their first game in the playoffs. In order to do so they will need more help like this. Detroit peaked to soon and is now dealing with many injuries as well and finally play some decent teams so am not sure they get the 1 seed

Detroit is ripe for some ass beatings.

Yeah, your boys are dropping all over the place. But still managing to find ways to win. Offense will have to carry the team for sure. With my team not a real contender, I really want to see your Lions get to the big game and win it all. A Lions/ Bills SB would be my favorite watch. I have no ill will to the Chiefs but I'm not one of those that gives a shit about the historical threepeat. Time for someone new to win it.

KC has a serious case of horseshoes up their fucking ass.

They could easily be much closer to a .600 team.

Today being a prime example.

KC wins and Raiders left buns up kneeling.
Buns up kneeling? I have never heard that expression. Is this a redneck, Cowboys fan thingy? :)

Yeah Bills/Lions would be my dream Super Bowl as well. I have no idea why more fans don't root for teams who have never won a title, why would any neutral fan root for the Kansas City Chiefs or Steelers? Anyone with a heart in their chest should be rooting for the Bills or Lions for their fans.

Whataya mean, no cooties on me!

My favorite line of that song. It just so happens Over-Nite Sensation was the only Zappa LP I ever owned, back of course when vinyl was the only game in town. Very creative song writer and performer - one hell of a guitar player too.

Chiefs are 5th lowest in penalties per game this year. Its probably an advantage against Baltimore who commits the most penalties and the Texans who commit the 3rd most.

Its one of two things with the Chiefs. If they continue to play like they do, they'll drop 4 of their next 5 and do what the Eagles did last year. If some healthy players come back and fix some gaping holes on their teams then they're a contender right there with Baltimore.

Lions are 5-1 in one possession games. Even though they are the best team lets not pretend that they're runaway favorites here.

This Chiefs season seems eerily similar to the Eagles of last year. Same 10-1 start (ok, the Chiefs are actually 11-1), same winning a bunch of games, but very few convincingly. Not saying the Chiefs will begin an epic collapse like their aviary counterparts had - the X factor in that equation is Mahomes. But they certainly aren't looking like a SB bound team at this juncture.

I think one of Bills, Lions, Chiefs, Ravens or Eagles wins the Super Bowl... so with 60% I will say no.

But if Lions get there, I will be rooting for them.... heck even if Vikings get there I will root for them as well.

I would wager starting DJ Humphries and Hollywood Brown makes a difference. They'll be ok when it matters. Eagles were a mess on defense and Hurts ain't Mahomes.

I will say they are screwed if they had to start Wanya Morris or Kingsley at LT in a playoff game. Those two are just straight up unplayable and offense tanking type suck out there.

If their defense is as injured as I'm hearing here, I doubt they win it all. In the playoffs defense matters, don't really know of any teams winning the title just with offense. That's too bad as I'm rooting for the Lions to win it all, them or the Bills.

No doubt their win over the Bears was costly from an injury standpoint. Haven't followed up to see just how long term damaging those injuries are, if at all. Maybe a Lions fan can provide an update.

Didn't they lose a top level edge rusher weeks ago too?

Yes, Aidan Hutchinson. He was off to the best start of his young career and was in the early discussion for DPOY at the time of his season ending injury. But that just shows how resiliant this Lions team is. Still, not sure what the long term damage is after T-Day's game against the Bears.

Im not sure anyone has an elite defense. Steelers and Chargers are probably in the good territory but it might be a push with the remaining teams.

I'll probably root for the Eagles if the Chiefs fall apart because I like the Kelces. KC seems like the biggest variable as they've been the most consistent but man, they're also a hot mess.
