It's not really P.C. It's a more accurate term.

According to whose rules? How many years do we go back? 50, 200, 525 or 10,000? Native American Indians weren't indigenous to North America, they migrated here from Asia. So should we call them Asian Americans instead???

IMO people should be called what the want to be called. Who am I to decide what to call you? But it bothers me in general when you have people running around telling other people what should offend them.

It pays homage to a native american tribe, indigenous to that area (Patawomeck) w/o being derogatory or insensitive.
