IMO Yu comes across to me as a guy who thinks he needs to win the game himself with Ks. If you are a "K-pitcher" ... you throw strikes ... doesn't take much to leave one where it can get killed. Even when you are pitching a no hitter.

Did you see the post earlier when I mentioned how useless K's are if you're going to give up a 2 run HR and then another HR, against the Twins?

Here's what really upset me tonight, Yu was getting wild....AJ, doing his job, just went out there to
give him a little break
He yanks the ball outta of AJ's glove, turns his back and nevers looks at AJ...

and then gives up the HR.
Sorry folks, but Yu looked like a complete jerk there, and he paid for it.

Hadn't turned on the TV until after it was 3-2. Wife says it is my fault.

Yu had seen this show before. Pitching a no hitter into the 7th ... with 2 measly runs ... 1 from a just ex-teenager and the other from a fielder's choice. Makes him bear down more to be perfect ... and then a walk and bang bang and yu are dead. He's seen this before.

Martin sitting in the dugout after the final out ... thinking about leaving Gentry on third. He should.

I am sick of baseball. It treats me like absolute shit. I am tired of this feeling. I have a pretty mediocre life, and the most enjoyable thing I get to do is watch baseball. Too bad it always leaves me with the same feeling...I get punched in the gut and then I struggle for breath and I get kicked while I am down...You are a bitch baseball. No Gina and Mac ... other than Profar and Gentry (#8 and #9) the offense stunk. Yu got a QS ... so he gave up 3 runs in 7 innings. Our homer centric announcers will never say anything negative about the bats.
