I think your problem is in assuming that because LeBron has always been willing to pass that he was afraid to take the shot.

He has taken the shot plenty, proving that he isn’t afraid.

He has also passed to open shooters, and taken plenty of heat from uneducated people for doing so. Proving that he isn’t afraid to make the best possible basketball play in any situation.

That should be applauded, not criticized. MJ and Kobe actually would have better off passing in those situations more often. Would have forced defenses to respect alternative options more and give them better opportunities to score themselves.

Might have helped those last second percentages there.
Yep...and been a few times they passed off in big spots and go figure it worked.

Kobe is The Black Mamba for a reason.
LeBron is LeFraud for a reason.
Jordan is the GOAT for a reason.
agree with 1 and 3. 2 because you are a child.

As to 3 can make a case guy at 2 is GOAT, too.

Never mind those pesky facts that don't support your end of game theories.

Only haters like you completely ignore what LeBron's done on the court, it's unmatched. If you disagree, which I hope you will because it would be hilarious, name another NBAer that has 40K+ in points and 10K+ rebounds and assists.

LeBron averaged 20.9 as a rookie and started every game. Kobe averaged 7.6 and started 6 games. Here's one more comparison for your. LeBron's second season he averaged 27.2. Kobe averaged 15.4 (and only started one game).

And what all you haters gotta finally understand is that only being compared to the GOAT Jordan is a helluva compliment.

""LeFraud" :laugh3:

Keep on keepin' on! You're incapable of being unbiased because of yer issues.

Do you even watch any NBA action? I wouldn't be surprised if you don't. And if that's the case your crusade is that much stranger.

Simple question.
Last few seconds game on the line, who do you want with the ball?

Simple answer...Lebron, he's going to get the ball to the guy who has the best shot available and if that's him, he's going to make it nearly 50% of the time. Something neither MJ or Kobe can say.

Why don't you address the points in the post you quoted instead of another post? Russel's offensive game did resemble Ben Wallace much more so than an all time great.
You're being very disingenuous with this comparison.

The NBA was different in the 1960's compared to the 2000's when Ben Wallace played. You can't just rip people out of generations, because players today, or in the 2000's, and infinitely more training, techniques, knowledge capital, supplements, etc. than guys in the 60's who just ran suicides and played games.

For example:
In Russells' Rookie Year, the league leader in FG% was 45%.
In the 60's, it was regularly 50-52%

In Ben Wallace's Rookie Year (1996-97), the league leader was 60%
And for years it was regularly 57-58%.

So you can't do that and expect to be taken seriously. It's dishonest.

Oh, they complained to the refs plenty. Just like almost every other modern era NBA superstar.

And neither of them were ever vilified for it.
@trojanfan12
Michael jordan bitched to the refs more than any player in the 90's, hands down. He was the golden boy, who was allowed to travel while everyone else wasn't. He was living at the free throw line because if you breathed on him it was a foul, and when he didn't get his special calls, he whined.

These young kids think MJ was some working man's man who never whined, had no drama (he had tons, look at what he did to Reinsdorf and the organization), made every shot, and shot bolts of lightning out of his ass LOL. Late Gen X and Early Millenial ESPN/Nike fans have a religious glorification of MJ. Listen, He's an AMAZING all-time great who has a legitimate argument to be considered for the GOAT. But instead of starting at a neutral point and asking "Who is the GOAT?"... they'll often demand to start at "MJ is the GOAT, and you have to prove he isn't, but if you don't think he's the GOAT you're stupid"...

This isn't an NHL Gretzky closed case. Not at all.

A lot more people would hate MJ if he was treated by media the same way LeBron was.

LeBron’s lowlights are constantly picked apart on social media by his detractors.

MJ on the other hand was protected by the media. I believe that the people who reported on the sport recognized MJ’s image was so vital for the league’s popularity and allowing him to be viewed as this god-like mythical being was self serving.

And because the sports media back then was mostly controlled by a few big players, they were able to control and spin the narratives.

Not the case anymore.
