The pace is different yes, but remember they didn’t even keep blocks or steals as stats yet, or give out DPOY… Russell is probably the greatest defender in NBA history. Still averaged plenty of points and out rebounded all others who played at the same paceYes his rebounding numbers are directly due to the poor shooting and pace of the era. Not to mention the stats have since come into question as to their legitimacy.
There’s no argument to say that Kobe is greater than Lebron. Kobe was only the best player in the league for 1 year. Commonly top 3, but he’s probably 8th all time give or takeHe can't even hold Kobe's slippers.

The average height of centers in the NBA in 1960 was 6’10”. The highest it’s ever been is 6’11” in the 80’s through the 2000’s. today its back down to barely over 6’10”Ive done this game before, if you look at Russells first 7 years there were very few players anywhere near his height. It would be the equivalent of Ben Wallace playing in the 50s.
The Kurt Cobain treatmentKobe got a lot of posthumous votes.
Um… it’s up to you to explain why. You're wrong here.

I'm not saying Kobe is the GOAT, that belongs to Jordan, I'm saying Kobe is better than Lebron.
He’s absolutely right. Kobe is an obvious step below the 3 true GOAT contendersYou're wrong here.
He can't even hold Kobe's slippers.
Here's a quick career comparison.
LeBron averages more points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, has a better FG% and a better 3-point %.
Also he's the only player to average at least 25 points per game for 20 consecutive seasons.
And LeBron has more all star selections and more first team all NBA selections.
This isn't my opinion. It's what the numbers say.
