He's 100% correct. Last season the Phillies were dreadful at SS with lack of power/production at the plate and errors in the infield. Bring in Trea Turner and yes he started off real slow but once that light clicked back to his old self and helping the Phils get to another NLCS. He could be that extra added piece to get them a WS title. You have to spend money to compete for a title. Not stupid money like the Mets did but spend money on the player or players in a position of need that can make an impact.
