Harbaugh has NOT made the 49ers a better team. He got them to play to their talent level was all but his whining ways on the sideline i think is starting to bother his OWN players. He is losing that sideline.

I was saying the same thing after i heard what other players said about Harb's,they said he was a real stickler on things and very removed.

I think Greg Roman made the team better than Harbaugh did.

I've been really impressed by his ability to adjust the offense to make Alex Smith a competent QB, then completely redesigning the offense around Colin Kaepernick once he became the starter. I don't watch the 49ers enough to nitpick but I believe he is one of the better offensive coordinators in the NFL.

To say Harbaugh did not make the 49ers a better team is ridiculous though IMO.

Well you are entitled to that view but i disagree,in this time in the NFL if you cannot inspire the team you coach players avoid you or do not play as hard.
