Fair enough but he hasn't really been successful at all without TB12. Apparently the GOAT makes everybody look better. One year in Tampa and everybody was saying Leftwich should be up for a HC job.

And as Dude just posted, the loss of Dante is not being factored into our debates and he seems like a huge loss.
Ohh comon man. TB12 went to an absolutely loaded Tampa team offense and defense, we didn't see him running off to Detroit for a reason

True, but my response was targeted at Marcus Jones being tackled instead of the boneheaded almost block in the back on the return. In that situation the ball would have been inside the 10 with time for a kick attempt and not in Mac's hands...
That was so close to a penalty and would have been a repetition of Pats bad discipline this season. So glad it was a clean block, but so damn close to a bad and unnecessary block.

Exactly. And all the talking heads were clamoring for Leftwich to get a HC position, particularly the vacancy in Jacksonville. That offense was fantastic. Should Leftwich get the majority of the credit? And what do you think's going to happen to that offense when TB12 hangs them up? I'm thinking mediocrity at the very best, likely even worse like it was before he got there.

How many of us could complete a pass in under 3 seconds with 5-7 full grown men weighing 250-350lbs with incredible speed in your face trying to hurt you? Yes... I probably could. But I'm amazing. Give Mac some protection and good things will.happen.

For the sake of debate, if TB12 was our QB yesterday with the exact same game plan do you think we would've gotten the same or similar result on offense?

I am wondering about Mac's leadership skills in addition to his pocket awareness.

What makes you think he didn't make TB12 better? Josh called the plays plain and simple this was well know. And he and TB12 did but heads from time to time but Josh called the plays. He is very much a large part of the Pats overall success. No one was doing anything with Cam so please drop that lames ass shit.
I believe that josh understood the strength and weaknesses of the pats offenses and the opposing defenses and called plays to exploit Pats strengths vs the opponents weaknesses better than Fat Shack does.

I have been hard liner in criticism of Mac, but we do have other problems too. Cannot remember a season with the amount of stupid penalties the team has committed. Very uncharacteristic of a BB led team — maybe other coaches are not doing their jobs?

Agreed. We all know how good Scar was but the talent of the O line is just horrid.

And I truly hope BB get's an OC in the off season. I am sure he can find something for Patricia to do. Maybe press the uniforms for the cheereleaders
New O line position coach, new OC, move Patricia upstairs into Ernie's chair.

What the fuck does that even mean?

Whatever.
Sorry Mac.

Quit sucking so hard and I'll be even sorrier.
Yeah I too am wondering about that 8.2% is his fault so that would be really low IMO. So does that mean 91.8 are on the O line?

I'm sure someone has asked Scar about returning.
I'm betting he's watched our O-line play and thought to himself, "Hell no!"

How the fuck do they track that? How can they have a measurable standard when you have a QB like Mac Jones compared to LaMar Jackson? I mean that looks cool and fancy not sure how it all works
Don't question how it works. Just accept it as gospel. Some nerd spent alot of time figuring that shit out.
