I am thrilled they beat the Jets! Showed toughness and actually won. I don't care that this cost the Pats the #1 pick in the draft. I will take pissing off the Jets and Rodgers anyday!

From New York:

"Everything the Jets touches turns to garbage. Complete and utter garbage. I never thought they could top some of the stuff they’ve done in the past. But you know what? Today was as low as low could possibly be.”

Our wide receivers are so bad it's not even laughable anymore it's just flat out disgusting. They're not even catching the ball with their hands and trying to trap the ball against their bodies hence drop ball drop ball drop ball. You know who is having a decent game? Jacobi Meyers
Kayshon Boutte: three catches, 46 yards, two drops

Tyquan Thornton: two catches, 20 yards, one drop

DeMario Douglas: two catches, 12 yards, one drop

WR Kendrick Bourne: no catches, one drop

WR K.J. Osborn: no catches

Wasn't he also on the Aaron Rodgers, "This is the only piece the Jets need" hype train?

They don't even need the JUGGS machine seems to me they were never taught to catch with their hands. Who the hell is our receivers coach?

There are certain franchises that this seems to be the case. Not long ago the Panthers QB room was Mayfield and Darnold. Most thought both QB's were complete trash. Now both are having career moments with other franchises. Jets seem to fall into that same category. Darnold, Geno, and now Rodgers watched their careers suck in NY. Darnold and Geno both looking good where they are now.

“The Jets of 2024 are one of the greatest, most colossal, and embarrassing failures in sports history, and that sticks to all of them,” Greenberg said. “So when people say does this stick to (Aaron) Rodgers? Yes, it doesn’t mean he’s not an all-time great, it doesn’t mean he’s not a Hall of Famer, but it most certainly goes in the permanent record. It goes in the bio.”

They need to practice with ink on their chest. Any ink lands on the ball and the whole team gives them a beat down.

If Tom Brady said he would play for the Jets for a guaranteed 3 year $3B contract, Woody Johnson would have him signed before the toilet refilled with water.

That man will sign any "name" player for twice what he's worth. If JJ Watt said he wanted to play again, Woody would be first to wave a check. If Gronk wanted a two year $500M guaranteed contract, Woody would be first on his knees with an "O" smile. Now he's fallen into the make AR great again fallacy. Whatever Aaron wants, Aaron gets. What no one in New York could see was a 41 year old quarterback who cannot run, cannot escape a collapsing pocket and does not have the arm strength or accuracy that he did eight years ago.

The Jets don't have a cakewalk left.

Luckily, they get the Texans, Dolphins, Colts, Seahawks and Rams at home
They go on the road for games against the Bills, Dolphins, Cardinals and Jaguars.

They'll be heavenly blessed if they can finish at 5-12, that's 3 wins out of their final 9.

So they will have a shitty season and still pick behind New England?

Miami is in the same boat. They are a bye week out of last place.....

Not sure, I think it means "Hey we think you have a concussion lets check you out. If it's a concussion I would be worried the hit was not that hard which means the kid has an egshell skull
I've had one concussion that I know of. I hit the back of my head pretty hard.
I could run through a brick wall if I hit the front of my head and it would not hurt.
I shudder thinking about hitting the back of my head when I remember ......

Jets beat the Texans last night. I went to bed at 8:30 and something woke me at 10:00. Couldn't see anything after a walk around the house and decided to watch the game. Texans are hurting at WR. Stephon Diggs tore his ACL making a noncontact move during the game last week and Nico Collins has been out for about three or four weeks.

I swear that the officials were told to make sure that everything that went against the Texans was called.

On once catch, Garrett Wilson make a spectacular on hand grab in the end zone, He grabbed the ball and was in the air when he got control and landed out of bounds with the same leg (calf) touching inbounds before the rest of him was out. I thought the rule was two feet in bounds? Not a half inch of calf. The play was reviewed and of course the play was a touchdown. Rodgers, all of a sudden is out there swinging a Jets towel and urging the crowd.

I admit that I hate the Jets, but they really get more home calls than any other team but KC. At least KC is excellent and they have real supporting home based crowd. Since the Patriots beat the Jets last week, the fans and media in New York have been merciless.

Now, even the Amazon people were talking about the Jets "running the table."

Just a reminder, the Jets are 3-6, not 6-3.

All New York media is calling for Jets playoffs hope.
1) They suck
2) Rodgers continues to get older
3 They are the Jets!

Visit the main board and you'll see all the Jets fans coming out of the woodwork to talk about Jets and the Playoffs

Crazy how much 1 win can change a view of a team to their fans. They beat a really banged up Texans team on a short week. Time to raise the banner I guess.
