In the Red Zone is where a seasoned OC earns their money. You have to be more creative with a shorter field Josh had that because he may suck donkey sperm through a metal straw as a HC but he is damn good OC. Matt lacks the depth, that repertoire, the experience. Matt is supposedly the Oline coach as well, BB really fucked up with this.

If Marcus Jones was tackled by the Jets player inside the 10, it would go back to the offense and Mac Jones for 1 final play. Maybe 2 if extenuating circumstances happen.
Mac Jones had been inside the 10 a number of times and only got sacked out of it or false start/holding penalty flagged out of it.
Hence: We had chances all day inside the 10 and did nothing.

To be fair, some boneheaded penalties and sacks got them out of safer FG range in that windy weather. Both were facing the open side of stadium. Not really Folk’s fault IMO.
Some of it is. Obviously not all his fault. But he is rather slow in checking down receivers when he drops back. Needs to improve on that.

No doubt Josh had Brady, which helped a lot. Also, BB as HC always scheming and finding the weaknesses in opponents. Josh definitely got a lot of help. Kind of feel sorry for him to fail so miserably as HC.
What makes you think he didn't make TB12 better? Josh called the plays plain and simple this was well know. And he and TB12 did but heads from time to time but Josh called the plays. He is very much a large part of the Pats overall success. No one was doing anything with Cam so please drop that lames ass shit.
It was a good group, certainly, but that’s all over. I would prefer a new OC, BB is good at finding gems in the rough — about time he starts looking. The impact of Scarneccia (sp?) also must be factored in.
