I agree it's gotta be a guy with FBS head coaching experience. This isn't a stepping stone job for you to hire your old golf and dinner party buddies who've proven nothing at the D1 level, which is what Bo treated it like.

First time OC, first time DC, first time WR's coach, first time RB's coach, first time OL coach, first time Strength and Conditioning coach, the list goes on. All hired by Bo.
