Imagine Bird playing today where the game's not nearly physical and with how important the three is. He averaged 24.3 for his career. I don't think it's absurd to say he could have easily averaged at least two 3's per game.

He did that when you were allowed to clothesline people.

He'd be magnificent in today's game where you get a flagrant for farting within 5 feet of another player.

I really think there is a chance the Thunder trade down with Sacramento and take Ivey, they like him. If they do that I think Mark Williams becomes the focus with the 12.

He plays much bigger than he is.

I got a feeling that at this point the Mavs next move will be driven by JB and what he wants to do. Stay here or move on - and if it's Option B, then where.

Thibs tried to hire him last year.
