Sir Robin Of Camelot

You seem angry. Miserable, even.

Love this trade for.Dallas.

They really needed a big.
I’m really starting to believe that Nico Harrison understands this GM thing way better than anyone might have suspected when Cuban hired him.

I’m also getting a sense that he’s not done yet.

Seems so. Miami could have done that same deal with bettter role players involved

It doesn’t seem they did tho.

Also couldn’t offer Martin lol

I get Wood was on an expiring deal but he averaged 18 and 10 on 50% shooting and he shot 39% from 3. Last year he averaged 21 and 10 shooting 37% from 3. He's only 26.

That is an absolutely horrendous return, that might be one of the worst trades I've seen in some time actually. You should at least be able to get one young player. The best thing they got in the trade was the 26th pick and they got like 9 players in the trade LOL.

Wtf are the Rockets doing????
Like OKC and so many others, they’re tanking again. But the rule is if you do that and you’re the Sixers they cut the legs out from under your franchise and make you hire Colangelos to fuck shit up. If you’re not the Sixers, they don’t give a fuck.

I mean how many contenders need a center?

It seems clear Charlotte wasn’t giving up a top 15 pick for him.

East Coast bias apparently

East Coast bias apparently

They also openly admitted it.

I’m curious if presti gets whacked

But the sixers also were openly making a mockery signing guys who were not legit nba players to keep the tank strong

Kinda like trading a proven big for table scraps?

Still need to reform the draft process IMO. Teams should not be eligible for top 5 picks in consecutive years (unless by trade). You could even get rid of the lottery with that format, or some stepped version of it over multiple years, maybe 3? After receiving a top 3 pick, the team can't be top 6 the next year, then can't be top 3 the year after that.

They are tanking, but they are doing it totally wrong.

This is the 3rd young, talented player with positive trade value they have essentially given away in salary dumps to make the team worse.

You MUST get back future value while making the roster short term worse.

The Rockets have not done that in their trades of Lavert, Allen and now Wood.
