Love the Vaki pick though
Still paid too much for him though. We are getting players I like but are overpaying. I mentioned both of these guys earlier in the month

He sounds like Connor Galvin 2.0.

I know Holmes deserves the benefit of the doubt but he might be getting a little cocky this year. No reason whatsover to give up next years third for this guy. He would probably be there round 5. I dont mind paying a little extra for a guy like Arnold who may end up a shut down corner stud. I dont like gambling with these projects though.
Perhaps, but I know the majority of the league brought that guy in for a top 30 visit. Hard to say where he goes. Mialata changed the view on people like that.

I have not seen the actual trades, playing pokemon with my daughter, very little focus on the draft for me today.

Next years 3rd for Manu. Next years extra 4th and this years 5th for Vaki. If we have a COMP pick next year it wont be too bad.

I don't think we are likely to. Jonah Jackson got a lot, but we brought in a few for decent money too.

Mekhi Wingo is the fastest DT in the draft. He is a bit small but so was Aaron Donald. He will need to get a little stronger but has more potential then most 6th round picks. Needs to get a little stronger IMO

He could have easily gone late 4th early 5th so he was definitely an underpay. Makes up for some of the earlier picks.

I would have been good with Christian Mahagony 2 rounds ago. I love that pick, I think he is a future starter for us.

super small, but has some situation pass rush value.

Same here. This was a flat out steal.

Holmes did real well value wise after the 3rd round pick.

Vaki was one expensive pick imo.

Even if I’m glad Holmes took him.
Well we had the extra 4th next year so it was not too big a deal. Giving up a 3rd for the Canadian guy was a gamble. Hopefully it pans out.

He cost multiple picks. And he’s a depth/ST guy.

Yes I mentioned that earlier. He is depth at multiple positions though so it should save us at least 1 roister spot

So now we focus on UDFA. I want to bring in a PK. If Mevis makes it without being drafted I would be ecstatic
