Damn, Sir!
You saved yourself in that last paragraph!
Much respect, Senior...
Best of luck for you this year!
I have to ask, where are you on this Brady/Gronk situation? Have many friends in NE area, and I will concede, as much as NE does not need another title in the next decade, I do think if the Rams fail us this year, how compelling a story would be for NE and TB to make the SB.
If so, Sir, where do you stand?
I'm glad that Belichick and Brady have moved on. Brady was not happy last year and not showing up for OTAs and mini camp, not playing in the preseason and then blaming the WRs for not being on the same page as him. Kind of hard to be in the same book let alone the same page. Gronk didn't want to play for BB anymore. He's a free spirit and Belichick kept a tight leash on him during the season.
I'll tell you this, they are not in Tampa to win a Super Bowl. They're there to "play" football and not have a disciplinarian constantly telling them what they're doing wrong and not telling them how good they are.
New England has had a great 20 year run, unlike anything ever seen prior and probably will never be seen again. BUT....BIG BUT, This just might compel Bill Belichick to show the football world that it was him and not Brady that built the team and he'll rebuild it just to make everyone miserable for ten more years.
