It probably just stopped for Kevin. Two back surgeries is serious business. Harry and now Kouz. It's hard to overcome. Sad!
Said to be ready for spring training, but come on... It's very sad.

I just let Bennie have it on ESPN. I was both polite and rude at the same time.

The fundamental flaw in arm chair GMing is not knowing the actual details of the trade and then making "comparable" trades post script. I wouldn't trade Roogie for a rental on Prince anyway knowing how well Roogie has handled himself.

Nor would I, just know that someone over there at espn maybe Dan probably makes that comment before considering that Smyly was involved as well. Not that I don't think the Rays could have gotten a little more personally but again as you say arm chair gm's don't know many details

We've been trying to get price for like 2 and a half years... haha if i could go back i wouldve done profar for price in a heartbeat. Profar could have stardom in his future but we have shit pitching.

I'm really more surprised that the market didn't heat up for Cotts instead of Rios.

And we still would've lost 2/3 of our team this year, and price has said he doesn't want to play in Texas.

Not losing Rios is not the end of the world. But you better find a way to get 2 SP's this offseason. Frankly, I don't really know how you do it without trading EA or Profar

Problem with trying to push rios through waivers is getting any kind of return. I wish they could've at least gotten MORP. Maybe we still can.
