Not because it's different, because it stinks.
Stating facts whether you agree or not doesn't make it smelly.

on a serious note now, @RobBase, do you trust Fairley to be in great condition AND give 100% effort for the energy he has on any given play and to stay focused with the above for a full NFL season ?
There's hurt and there's injured. Any season ending injuries in St.Louis with a competent strength coach? Nope.
First round pick won starting job by default over an old guy who was on his last legs? Smelly as helly.
I don't care about Maynew's diet games.
The Rams are stacked on the Dline. You act like he just couldn't crack the starting line up there, when he was brought it as rotation, and thrived.
just an FYI, Fairley dropped that weight on his own and admitted to do such and Caldwell came back stating in a Freep report that he wanted Fairley between 298 and 305.
Fairley went tripping after having surgery in May 2014 and lost all that weight.
Put blame where it belongs

Rookie year. Then he played awesome once he got in there. You're just hating.
He was coming off an season ending injury, signed by a team with one of the best D lines in football. He'd be a starter on the Lions today.
If that's what you wanna call it, so be it. I've watched him play... it's like now you see me, now you don't.
I doubt he could beat Ngata out of the starting role.

I don't trust 75% of the league to do that. Fairley has God given talent that supersedes that crap. Great condition? Who cares? He's been a beast just being who he is. I don't care about Maynew's diet games.
I've watched him play too. Mayhew not picking up his 5th year was a huge mistake that helped disintegrate our once famed D line.
