Bulger got smoked later in his career. He’s probably in a nursing home somewhere. That’s about when Stan started to tank the team in STL

He was a good QB but they never replaced that aging OL or WR. He was getting sacked left and right and throwing to Laurent Robinson... By 2009, the entire team was shit. Scott Linehan was a terrible hire.

If we're going with this angle, the Bills 4 straight losses in the SB has to be #1.

OK I just don't get this take at ALL. Bills making 4 SBs in a row is god level unprecedented. Never happened and likely never will again. Tons of teams have won a Bowl. But to dominate your conference that long? That was an all time great team.

Because here's the other part: if Norwoord makes that FG, the ENTIRE narrative changes. Is that team so much better if the kick works? Of course not, but now they're that all time great juggernaut, that got one. A missed FG changes the whole thing.

So go to your local yard sale and buy a vcr, take it home and wipe that dusty old highlights vhs tape and watch while you rub one out in a salute to nostalgia. Some of you have to watch in black and white so it will be a little hard.

I agree since '99 but the point is the entire body of work for a franchise. Rams are still behind Niners, Packers, Steelers, Cowboys and Pats. Still with the make up of your team, they have a good shot at getting up there in that top tier.
