I just hope we have personnel in the front office now that would rather earn their money instead of getting paid to fuck with fan base. Adding depth is important but so is upgrading overpaid actors riding the gravy train.

I thinks the assessment is fair. Fairley can do things that other DT's are not athletic enough to do, he just only tries to do that a couple times a game.
