Yah, I think it was the fact they didn't rule it a TD right away.

Yeah that has to be the only reason why they didn't call it a TD or at least reverse call to turn over on downs.

I didn't hear but did they ever announce on the field what the ruling was?

Haha. Thank you. I did need a laugh after this game and after having to get my car towed 126 miles back to my place Saturday so this weekend hasn't been great

I mean if we are going there, my wife was diagnosed with colon cancer last week and will be going into surgery and a long recovery.

No one's going to feel bad for fans of a team that saw that many consecutive years of championship football. You had more than your share.

And we haven't even seen Maye (a top 3 QB). He could become a franchise QB and lead them to more... certainly has the talent. And they are properly sitting him because he needs to up his football IQ... if he can figure out how to read pressures and look for better options (instead of forcing) he could be really good.

No the refs all kind of stood around. Nobody signaled touchdown but I don't think any of them knew whether it was a TD or he was stopped short... you could argue his knee was down BEFORE the ball crossed too... and then the fumble happened and everyone was further like, "Uhhh." Probably came down to a dice roll for the decision lol. I don't think anyone knew wtf to call.

It was a shock and a blow to the family for sure. We won't know how bad it is until well after the surgery, but we are staying as positive as we can.
