My take is if you're not gonna call the one on Fant then you shouldn't call PI at all short of tackling the receiver while the ball is in the air.

It's something the NFL needs to address. Offensive lineman too frequently get off the line a quarter to half a second before the ball is snapped and the play is allowed.

I can't remember which primetime game but I remember both announcers commenting and counting 7 or 8 times the lineman moved early and no call. They were stunned.
