I believe they have to stay within 1 yard of the LOS on those plays. So you can setup a screen, but OL can't be like 5 yards down the field. And that 1 yard is forward - they can obviously move left to right or backwards all they want. After the pass is thrown and caught, everything is fair game, OL can do whatever they want.
