As far as Coots goes, so he's doing well in faceoffs dept, who fucking cares, it isn't helping us win shit! He's a fucking -9 , Cates has played what, 4 games? Laughton a -7!
I dont have Nothing bad to say about Coots or Laughton except, Laughton is a never will be and Coots is a what has been. Its time to start fresh, I mean if it's a rebuild shouldn't all parts be replaced if their not performing?

Meanwhile, I don't think it does any good to just shit on all of our current centers.

Coots is not an offensive star, we get it. but the guy does everything else very well. Some of you are completely lost on that fact.

He tries, he really does, I'll give him that, but it's just not there consistently and that's what this team needs. Maybe cut out his 20 minutes a game so he can stay fresher also.

Im hoping the only player on this squad to ever get that again is Michkov. If Coots gets better through the season, I'll be happy. But it's still time to part ways with Laughton and maybe Frost.

Apparently he is great at everything except scoring so he cant get much better. So apparently the only way for him to get better is to score more and actually earn his almost 10% of our salary cap. Maybe ill check his corsi stats compared to other players around the league.

I liked him when he played for us but we have that same type player as macewen in Hathaway and Hathaway is better offensively.

I didn't say Laughton is shit. I said he's our ONLY poor faceoff center. You claimed all of our centers are subpar at faceoffs. Wrong. They're all decent to very good, except for Laughton.

Quite frankly, if you don't think what Coots does on the ice helps us win games, then you don't know shit about hockey...Lol Aside from faceoffs, he's defensively and positionally one of our best players. He wins a lot of puck battles and nearly always makes the smart play with or without the puck.

Btw, it was said he will score again in another 20 games, then he goes out and scores another goal in the very next game. The more hatred you spew on this guy, seemingly, the better he does...Lol

Vegas just absolutely stole that game from us. It should've been two points. No shame at all in the effort.

You seem to be rooting against the guy, but if you look at this ice time, our team performs better when Coots gets 20+ minutes a game. Earlier in the season when he was getting 10-17 minutes per game, we were getting destroyed. Whether you like it or not, he helps us win games.

Again, goals in back to back games and 8 shots on net. When do we stop shitting on the guy and applaud what he's doing? Does he have to score every fucking night!? Lol If you actually watch the games, he's one of our best players right now, and that's why he's averaging over 20 minutes per game.

There's a reason why Coots is the Captain of the team and if you can't figure it out, God help you.
