Actually, supposedly he was distraught at the end of the 2011 season, and changed goalie coaches. Didn't work. Then last year, he changed all of his gear in order to try changing his luck. This year, he is changing the way he trains and how hard he works. Word is he's shown himself to be every bit as good as Bob so far.

At least he hasn't accepted that he just fell apart. He wants to fix it. But I still think it's too late.

Steve Tambellini was on HockeyCentral earlier today and was asked about Redden and he indicated that there was likely no interest, but as we know, Kevin Lowe is the real general manager of the Oilers.

Connolly is better than Luongo as well in Goal so its a perfect fit

I find it unbelievable that a team would outright claim Connolly off waivers and pay him full freight of 3.85 mill

If I had minimal interest Id wait let him go through waivers and try to trade for him with the Leafs so the Leafs are paying part of his salary
