I was thinking that they'd start a fire sale...but how much can they really sell and still be above the salary floor? The floor is 54.2 and they're at 58.6. I think Weiss would benefit greatly from a change of scenery. Really though, looking at their roster, there's not a lot I'd want from them. Huberdeau...Campbell (not at that price)...Weiss for cheap...that's about the end of it.

Did you see the 2 goals the Oil scored last night - Pajaaaarvi bangs one home from behind the net for their first goal and a Wild defenseman on an attempted clearing attempt hit Gagner's skates, the puck takes a weird deflection out front, hits Ryan Suter, and somehow goes in. Good thing Abraham Zapruder had video evidence of that "magic puck".

Kinda (lost Volpatti to waivers) - I think I'd rather have Volpatti than Sestito as he brings quite a bit to the table.
