Pinnizotto is supposedly healthy now.
he's bigger, (apparently) tougher, and can kill penalties.
then needed room to activate him (and then send him to Chicago on a conditioning stint).

not sure how the Kesler thing fits in though.

he's not bigger ... basically a sawoff ... 6 ft versus 6'1 ... Volpatti is heavier by 10 to 15 pounds

Pinizotto has more offensive upside and yes ... can kill penalties (Volpatti cant)

imo Burrows was more impressive at centre earlier in the season than Ebbett (MIA)

Just my , but Gillis needs to hit a homerun with moving one of his goalies. The Ballard, Booth, and even Garrison transactions haven't exactly worked out all that well.
