Yeah man beast mode needs to go beast mode today. I'm gonna be bold and say 134 yds 2 tds and 4 crucial stiff arms for Marshawn.

Hope the Seahawks offensive line can get some holes for Marshawn Lynch today. His past few weeks look eerily familiar to 2010 when he only had 3.5 YPC due to the run blocking. I would say I'm concerned but he is doing all he can without any blocking. If the Seahawks can get him going perhaps they will have some more success on offense.

I'll kick off the Darrell Bevell discussion by saying that I hope he sticks with the run early and runs a lot of play action. There is nothing fancy about pounding the ball up the middle and mixing in play action to keep the defense off guard but it is effective.

Marshawn Lynch:
Week 1-10: 191 carries 871 yards 4.56 YPC
Week 11-16: 87 carries 289 yards 3.32 YPC

Hope to see him get rolling today.
