Spurs vs Heat NBA FINALS Thread

One thing that people forget is that we have Chris Anderson now. The Heat is better as a result. The only way the Spurs can beat the Heat is if they catch the Heat offguard and be on top of the series e.g. 2-0 or 3-1. The longer the series gets drawn out the more it favors the Heat.

Wasn't me. The only thing I ever said on that topic was that I thought it would be awhile before we lost our 2nd game.
I figured that wouldn't happen until prob game 2 or 3 of the EC finals.

it was me. I predicted miami to go 16-3. But i didnt expect the Pacers or Spurs to make it this far. I thought Miami would be facing New York and Oklahoma in the final two rounds. Miami matches up against New York better than they do the Pacers.. and they really have OKC's number.

Prediction didnt work. Oh no. Not my first one to fail, certainly wont be my last. how many predictions of one and done and the demise have seen on these threads (cbs included) the last few years. No biggie.

Since you like bringing up others predictions.. how about you actually make one?

You once said that because my Vcash was at 0 my predictions shouldnt be trusted. You were to foolish to realize it was all out on a bet.. but whatever. Well my Vcash is higher than yours.. Does that make my predictions better? Or do you just show up on internet sports site to try to annoy other people like an adolescent girl?

Why even bring it up, one game half the Spurs didn't play, the other Miami's best two didn't play.

Spurs: This series is going to depend on Tony Parker. If he plays like the MVP they will most likely win.

Heat: Miami's role players: Ray Ray, Battier, Chalmers, Haslem, etc
We know Lebron will do his thing, Bosh will get his-he has a good matchup, Wade as well. They need more!

he pulled a pop.. but spoles did it the legit way. actually claimed they were injured and did it through whatever appropriate channels the NBA has for doing that.. which avoided the fine. to everyone with half a brain, it was clear payback to san antonio for intentionally resting their good players vs miami. basically, you screw our fan base out of a good game, we screw yours.

i hope Pop gets his revenge on Spoles game 1 and doesnt play Parker and Duncan... That'll show them!!!

There is nothing wrong with what Pop did, the season is long and seeing the bigger picture is important to succeed. The way Stern handled it is just another glaring example of why he needed to retire.
